Britney Spears has a lot to be happy about at the moment as she took home her first ever MTV music award for Best Female Artist for her video “Piece of Me”. Britney who looks happier and healthier than she has done for a while, also picked up awards for the Best Pop Video and the coveted Video of the Year award.
